Yes, an ICT (Information Communication Technology) can surely help solve our health care problems, it is because through hi-technology some hospital in the urban area can acquire or receive information from the rural area through this. Communication will be much easier specially in some situations that needs an immediate response or action.
Nursing Informatics existent in the Philippines..?..sad to say..No it doesn't exist yet here in the country, although it is a part of the nursing studies now a days but it is not yet implemented, applied or practiced in our hospitals.
